Question of the Week: Price or Service?

Shopping online isn’t always an easy task, especially when wanting to purchase a widely stocked product. Price comparison engines give us some guidance, but they only provide a limited number of resources. Store ratings give us ideas about the service we can expect. Which one, however, outweighs the other?

When shopping online, what’s more important to you? Are you always seeking the best overall price (product price + ship costs), or are you willing to pay a bit more to shop with a company that provides better customer service? Or is it all dependent upon the product you’re seeking?
